The website massageingreece.com is an online platform for the promotion of massage professionals, Alternative Therapies and Spa services in Greece.
These Terms of Use govern the access and use of the website by any visitor, user or registered professional.
By entering and using the website you fully accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Service description
massageingreece.com operates as an online directory/database that brings visitors in contact with professionals in the field of massage, alternative therapies and wellness services.
The platform does not directly provide massage services, nor does it act as an intermediary, provider or employer of any therapist.
3. Users' Obligations
Users of the platform (visitors and professionals) agree to use the website in a legal and ethical manner. Specifically:
- The provision of false or misleading information is prohibited.
- The use of automated methods (bots) for data collection is prohibited.
- You may not infringe the rights of third parties or the reputation of the platform.
- It is not allowed to post photos or videos containing nudity or obscene content. The platform reserves the right to remove such content and delete an account without prior notice.
4. Professional Accounts
Professionals who register on the platform must:
- Provide real, accurate and up-to-date data.
- Hold the required professional licenses, where applicable.
- Adhere to professional ethics and legislation governing the provision of health and wellness services.
The Platform reserves the right to reject, modify or delete profiles at its discretion.
5. Terms of Subscription and Payment
Registration and promotion of professionals in the packages Premium and Spa & Studios includes a free period of use, as follows:
– For registration until 28 February 2026: provided 3 months of free use of the selected package.
– For registrations from 1 March 2026 onwards: provided 1 month of free use.
After the expiration of the free period, the continuation of the promotion requires an active subscription, according to the respective price lists and benefits listed on the professionals' registration page.
Payments are made electronically via secure payment methods.
The activation of the privileges of each package is immediate or within 24 hours from the confirmation of the payment.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Users can cancel their subscription at any time. However:
No refunds will be given for the remaining unused subscription period.
The platform provides a free usage/trial period before any charge is made, so that each professional has sufficient time to evaluate our services and decide whether they wish to continue with a paid subscription. For this reason, refunds are not given.
Account deletion or removal from the platform due to violation of the terms and conditions does not imply refund.

7. Limitation of Liability
The platform is not responsible for:
- The quality, legality or safety of the professionals' services.
- Issues or differences arising from communication or cooperation between users and professionals.
- Temporary or permanent shutdown of the website.
Users accept that the platform is used solely as a promotional tool.
8. Intellectual Property
All the content of the website (logos, texts, texts, images, pictures, photographs, graphics, design) is the intellectual property of massageingreece.com and its use or reproduction without written permission is prohibited.
9. Amendments to the Terms
