My name is Efrosini and I am active in the field of energy and holistic wellness, with the main tool being the Reiki and practices that support inner balance, relaxation and connection with the self.

At the same time, I deal with self-awareness tools  constantly enriching my understanding and experience of human energy and consciousness.

Through the Reiki and energy work, what I do is attune myself to the person in front of me and support their natural process of finding balance—with respect, discretion, and a steady presence.

The sessions can be done and at a distance, in exactly the same way of connection and support as the energy works beyond the physical limitations of space and time, so you can receive the process wherever you are.
