My name is Euphrosyne and I work in the field of energetic and holistic wellness, with Reiki as my main tool and practices that support inner balance, relaxation and connection with the self.

At the same time, I work with self-awareness tools, constantly enriching my understanding and experience of human energy and consciousness.

My goal is to offer a safe and supportive space where every person can relax, reconnect with their inner self and enhance their sense of calm, balance and well-being.

Each session is tailored to the needs of each person, whether they are seeking relief from the stress of everyday life, or wishing for deeper inner connection and personal empowerment.

I believe that the potential for balance, self-awareness and inner harmony already exists within us and sometimes all we need is the right space and the right support to remember it.
