I started practicing hand massage 8 years ago and more at the urging of friends and relatives because they recognized the effect of the touch I was transferring to the body in the then amateur sessions to relieve their pains! So I enrolled and graduated from the D.I.E.K. Nea Ionia specialty "Physiotherapy Assistant" to get a strong basis for the functions of the body and its physiology - anatomy and any other knowledge that would help me in my subject. Subsequently, I developed my techniques through my experience in 5 star hotels and suites, in a physiotherapy studio in Athens, I became responsible for the management and implementation of massage and Turkish hamam treatments in a 5 star Luxury Suites Spa, I worked with various companies providing wellness and relaxation services and I have developed and continue to develop my knowledge on different types and techniques of massage (massage)* such as:
