Subscription & Cancellation Policy
1.Subscription Packages
The platform massageingreece.com offers three basic packages for professionals:
Free: Basic, free presence on the platform with limited features.
Premium: Enhanced visibility and additional promotional tools for independent professionals.
Spa & Studios: Upgraded promotion for Business, Studio and Spa.
For the subscription packages Premium and Spa & Studios the following free trial periods apply:
For registration until 28 February 2026:
Provided 3 months of free use of the selected package.For registration from 1 March 2026 onwards:
Provided by 1 month of free use of the selected package.
During the free period:
There is no financial obligation.
The professional may at any time interrupt or return to the Free package, free of charge.
After the expiration of the free period, to continue viewing with the benefits of the packages Premium ή Spa & Studios, an active, paid subscription is required.
The prices, benefits and duration of each package are detailed on the professional registration page and may be updated without prior notice.
The activation of the benefits of each package takes place immediately or within 24 hours from the confirmation of the payment.
2. Payments
All payments for subscription packages are made electronically, through secure methods:
a) Bank deposit in one of the business accounts:

b) Transfer via the IRIS banking system (money transfer to the Taxpayer Identification Number: 102502778)

The activation of the paid subscription takes place after the confirmation of the payment.
Invoices or payment receipts shall be sent electronically to the professional within 48 hours from the purchase of the package.
3. Subscription Duration and Renewal
The duration of each subscription as well as the renewal terms are indicated on the presentation page of the packages and during the purchase process.
After the end of the free period:
The professional can choose to activate a paid subscription to one of the available packages.
If you do not proceed to payment, the additional view of the package Premium ή Spa & Studios ceases to apply and the profile can be returned to basic/limited view (Free).
4. Cancellation of Subscription
The user may cancel his/her subscription at any time, informing in writing by email to:
info@massageingreece.com
If the cancellation is made within the free trial period, there is no charge.
If the cancellation is made after the start of the paid period, the subscription remains active until the end of the current period; and no refund is provided for the remaining time that will not be used.
The platform provides a free trial period of its services, so that every professional has sufficient time to evaluate the promotion possibilities and decide whether he/she wishes to proceed to a paid subscription.
For this reason, refunds are not made.
5. Deletion or Removal from the Platform
The platform reserves the right to terminate or remove any profile if a violation of the terms and conditions of the Terms of Use or abusive/inappropriate use of the services.
In this case:
Any subscription amount is non-refundable.
The user can be informed of the reason for deletion by contacting us.
